Needs to be away to sort by distance. The offers “the yellow bar” needs tidying up / streamlining so they are grouped together all 10% off all 20% off together - presume this is set by the restaurant on a daily / weekly basis. Stockport Eats won’t give me a refund until they have done their investigation as the delivery company they use have said it has been delivered. I can confirm it definitely wasn’t delivered and have ring door bell footage to prove this. I was told by the owner that the £57 we spent on the food for Topkapi delivery won’t be missed as we were going to spend it anyway. Really not happy with that response and it’s so rude. Of course if I had received the food the £57 would have been well spent but when it’s spent and nothing to show for it I’m sure anyone would miss it. To be fair I received responses from Stockport eats on Facebook messenger last night and received a phone call but not the response and customer service I hoped for. Topkapi are working with me on this issue and have been so helpful. Nothing to do with Topkapi and not their delivery drivers. Can anyone shed some light on why we should have to wait for a refund? Never had to deal with this before. Not to mention I am still owed a refund from an incorrect order on the 15th June (this wasn’t Stockport eats fault and was the cafe). They have said it’s been processed but our bank still hasn’t received the money - Stockport eats have now raised an investigation into this. I was using Stockport eats to support local but after the rude response mentioned above and no apology in sight for not receiving the food I felt I should leave this review to hopefully help others or find out if anyone has been in the same situation as this and how long it took you to get your money back.
