### *---- "Mal algoritmo y pésimo servicio a cliente"
El algoritmo no se adapta a la tendencia del mercado, tomó el 95% de mi USDT y lo convirtió a BTC cuando el precio estaba en $71,700, le pedí al equipo que cambiara a ISDT y que quería retirar el 40% del capital, e dijeron que no había problema y a los 3 días no habían hecho nada y el precio de BTC bajó a $63,000… 

Le pedí al equipo cancelar mi suscripción y el reembolso del año que pagué por adelantado, pagué porque un amigo me lo había recomendado. Pero el equipo dijo que ninguna de mis razones era valida y que no procedyel reembolso.

Ni el algoritmo ni su equipo reaccionó de forma eficiente… Asumí el 15% de perdida en 5 días más la anualidad de la aplicación y borré las API para evitar más perdida.

En tendencias alcistas sube (pero más otras criptos como ethereum) y en bajista pierde demasiado, mi cartera tiene -35%. No lo recomiendo amigos.

I had big expectations about this bot but after almost a month, all I can say is that it was a bad decision to spend money in the subscription. It not get my balance better but worst, and even in the current bull running, while I see lots of crypto sky rocketing, I see the balances of the bot selection in red. Quite impressive, as if the bot could anticipate the falling assets to go after them. Checking on the completed transactions, I also realized that lots of them were sold in looses I asked the staff about the situation and they answered that the market conditions weren’t the best 😐. Seriously?  wouldn’t need a bot for a fully green market. I’ve decided to let it rest… better to loose 50usd than keep skipping the big opportunities on the current market. Even as a beginner and the big mistakes I have made, my performance is 100x better than the results showed by the bot.

The idea of a bot is to make earnings even during market falls but I didn’t really noticed any difference between just buying any crypto and wait to sell it at a better time. This thing just keeps hoarding trades until you even have like 100 different coins and a lot of them even under the min trade thresholds. Completely dissapoiting experience for me.
