## Stonewater Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Crashes"
I’ve used this app for ages with no issues. Tried logging in and it took to me to make a payment, I made the payment but no matter what it would get stuck on that same page so the app is no longer useable.

I’ve just checked for an update, there isn’t one.
It says the same app but I have to download, so now I have 2 apps and still neither work.

After logging out (from being now stuck on the payment page) the original app lets me attempt to sign in but never does, it just takes me back to the sign in page.

And the new app just crashes 5 seconds after loading.

Whatever recent changes have been made, it’s broken everything.

### **--- "Terrible service from Digital Team"
I cannot access My Homes account and have been promised numerous times that the Digital Team will ring me back and they haven’t. I need to access my account as I like to see where I am with the rent and this has been going on for nearly two weeks. I keep ringing and the advisers say they will chase it, but nobody offers an explanation as to what the problem is or why. It just seems to be going on and on with no end in site, I’m thinking of going to see someone about this because it isn’t right.
