Stop & Shop

Every time I go to the South Bay Stop & Shop, they always have everything I need. I love that Stop & Shop. The deli meat and the seafood are always fresh. The produce never ever disappoints you. The lettuce are always crunchy and the tomatoes are always plump and juicy. Never wilted and rotten. The only thing is that wish you bring back the kale slaw.

For some reason, last two versions of this app will not load coupons. I can’t get the weekly ad nor any coupons associated with it.

Doesn’t always show all digital coupons attached to a product and I notice lately glitchy when saving coupons. I sometimes have to press the the clip button several times or expand the coupon details to clip the coupon. Never used to be a problem saving coupons but appears to be an issue since last month or two months ago, when Ahold was hacked.

Is it to navigate for rewards and coupons. Not as easy to navigate where to find something in the store.

No easy to use

After using this app easily and successfully for years, suddenly, for the past month, I cannot load the ad or coupons. If I uninstall and reinstall, I can use it once, but not again, and doing that, I lose all previously clipped coupons. You’re losing a customer because of this. Loyal for years.

I have to work to get discount at stop and shop!! Just give us the same

I find the coupon section of this app very difficult to navigate. The search feature is practically unusable. I do not use it for online shopping so I cannot speak to that part but I do use it for coupon clipping and that function is extremely frustrating. Also other large doors allow you to use their app to locate the aisle of the product you’re looking for. This app does not have that function.

Very courteous, on time informed me if items were not available and if substitute was offered!
