First of all I am very disappointed why in Virginia our county has to pick this app to provide trash information to parent. It’s doesn’t work properly I don’t get to know when the bus arrived or left school so I can excepted my kids to be home the first time was showing the bus movement in map now it doesn’t show anything on map even saying bus can’t be located? Come on Loudoun county public school board you can find a better working app?

App worked the first time I set it up. After the first day it stopped working and says there is no subscription. I really hope my district got this for free because even one dollar would be too much money for this app. It’s so frustrating that school districts get taken advantage of with these developers. The product is not user friendly, doesn’t have any semblance to most apps in 2023 and it just flat out doesn’t work . Such a shame.

The app is great to use when tracking my child’s bus route. You can geofence your area to get precise info on your child’s route and literally see the bus traveling your route. It notifies you the arrival/departure from your location. The only thing is I can’t share it with my daughter. I’m going to see how I can get it on her phone.

With all of the technology now days you think someone can create an app that actually works correctly. I cannot believe the schools use this thing.

It would be nice if this actually worked. It always says “vehicle location unavailable” so I never know where the bus actually is.

Today it showed the bus as half a mile away when it stopped to pickup my student. Then there are instances it is entering/leaving the geofenced areas I created outside the times I have set. That’s when I even get notice at all. It’s very hit-or-miss. It should be better. Don’t rely on it!

Never shows the bus location. Useless app.

I hope you don’t have to rely on this app to make sure your kid(s) are getting to the bus stop on time. It is never accurate. I get the notifications after the bus is 3 stops away. I do not recommend.

I have no idea when the bus is coming in the morning or dropping off in the afternoon because the app never works! This app is incredibly frustrating to use and I wish our school district would get rid of this and use something else.

It keeps saying there’s no subscriptions.
