## StopMe Description
StopMe stops you wasting time on the sites and apps you choose to block. It puts up the wall and the friction to give you enough time to make a good choice.

THE WALL IS THE PRODUCT
Most of the time nothing happens. That is the point. You set what is off limits, and then it is off limits — quietly, all day, without asking you anything or congratulating you for it. You do not have to reach for something and be refused to get the value of having locked the door.

WHAT YOU CAN SHUT OFF
• Adult sites, in every browser on the phone, private browsing included.
• Apps. As many as you want. Pick them once.
• It runs on Apple's own Screen Time, on the device. Your traffic is not routed through us or anyone else.

ADDING IS INSTANT. TAKING IT BACK TAKES A DAY
Put a block up and it is up in one tap. Ask to take one down and a 24-hour wait starts. It does not shorten because you closed the app, restarted the phone, or asked again in an hour.

That gap is not there to refuse you. It is there so the decision gets made by the version of you that is thinking, not the version of you that is awake at 2am. You can still change your mind about anything. It just takes longer than a bad minute lasts.

NOBODY IS TOLD
Most apps in this category work by telling on you. A partner, a parent, an "ally" gets a report of where you have been. StopMe has none of that. No partner, no report, no feed, no account to sign into, and no record of what you tried to open. What you blocked and when stays on this iPhone.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
This is friction, not a cage, and we would rather say so here than have you find out later. The way out stays available — it takes deliberate steps and it takes the wait. StopMe is not a monitoring service, not a recovery programme, and not medical care of any kind.

YOU ARE NOT BROKEN
You were raised inside something built to hook you. That is a conditioned loop, not who you are, and the shame is not yours to carry. This app does not scold you, score you, or reset you to zero. You draw the line. It holds it.

IF THE URGE IS RIGHT NOW
One button, four rounds of box breathing, about a minute. It ends by telling you the truth: still here, nothing has changed. That is all it claims to be.

HONEST ABOUT DATA
Your blocked list, your settings and your clock stay on this iPhone. What leaves: your purchase, handled by Apple and our billing provider, and which step of setup you reached. Never what you blocked, never what you opened, never anything about your habits. No advertising trackers, anywhere, ever.

A WORD ON SAFETY
StopMe is a tool for self-control. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

———
StopMe is free to download. StopMe Premium keeps your blocks running, on a choice of plans including a one-time option. Prices are shown in your local currency and confirmed before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
