## Store Manager for BigCommerce Description
View Revenue Dashboard, Order, Customer, Product, Shipment, Coupons, Gift Certificates & Website Banners with included details. 

Search, filter or page through Orders, Customers, Products or Coupons. Get order centric and customer centric view.

Authentication: Supports oAuth and Private Key. Help video on login screen.

You can choose to buy subscription to the following in-app products (prices shown for US region):

1. Dashboard: Real-time Dashboard of Revenue, Orders (with status split) for Last 24 hours, 7 days & 30 days. Includes revenue booked, number of orders, order fulfilled, orders incomplete (abandoned carts), orders shipped, orders cancelled and orders disputed. Last one week sales trends presented. (In-app product: $2.99/month subscription)

2. Orders, Shipment & Tracking: View list of orders or drill down to view value, items ordered, billing & shipping address, staff notes and customer comments. Filter orders by status, search order by ID, change order status or add staff notes. View/add shipment & tracking info. Track shipments. Contact customers with abandoned carts.  (In-app product: $2.99/month subscription)

3. Customer Details: View list of customers or drill down to look at contact details, past orders. Search for specific customer by name or email ID. Email customers right through the app. Reset customer password, if needed. (In-app product: $1.99/month subscription)

4. Products: View list of products or search using SKU or name. View/Edit product detail including images, inventory level, price, SKU or description. Upload images from your mobile picture gallery or camera. Create and add new products.  (In-app product: $3.99/month subscription)

5. Coupons: View/Edit all active/inactive coupons. Details include coupon type, value, description and validity dates. Create new coupons on the fly.  (In-app product: $2.99/month subscription)

6. Gift Cards: View/Edit/Print active/exhausted gift cards. Details include code, original value, value used, purchaser and recipient. Search, View & modify specific gift card issued. ( (In-app product: $2.99/month subscription)

7. Website Banners: View/Edit all banners created for your website. Modify as desired using our editor and reload them to storefront. Change campaign dates, location of banner, category or the tag-lines. Add fresh new banners on the go.  (In-app product: $2.99/month subscription)

8. Order Notifications: Through the settings, you can add real-time mobile notifications for any new order placed, new customer added, new abandoned cart or cancelled order. (In-app product: $3.99/month subscription)

You can choose the following subscription lengths for subscription 
1. One Month - Monthly price specified above for each individual in-app product.

The price of subscription you will be charged is displayed in the app, and will be confirmed before you are charged. 

Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of current period. Account will be charged In-App monthly subscription charges for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period for each Subscribed product.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing an auto-renewing Subscription.

It’s not a flat fee subscription. You need to pay a monthly fee for each feature.

$3.99 to modify products
$2.99 for coupon details
$2.99 for website banners
$2.99 for Gift certificates 

So to get full functionality you pay $16/month. That’s half the price of owning a BigCommerce site.

I didn’t pay for the subscription, so I can’t tell you if it works well.

Looks like a great app ,,, but you click on orders and it says you need to subscribe for $0.99 a month ,,, fair enough, done ,,, then click on products and it asks you to subscribe again, this time for $3.99 a month, click on customers and you guessed it, subscribe again for a different amount.  It would be nice if there was one price that you knew up front instead of this nickel and diming every time you click something.

I have been using some of the other apps. It has all the features of the competing apps and other additional features. Two features that I found really useful are tracking sales numbers real time through the dashboard and customer shipment tracking details. The app response time is good and constantly upgraded.

It freezes a lot and stays that way for ages, even after a reboot. My store showed the same order value for a day and a half. I have all three Big Commerce apps and this is the only one that has this issue.

If it didn't have bugs it would be my favorite, but it just isn't reliable.
