I was charged for express delivery with extra charge for next day delivery, the order took more than 3 days to be delivered, tried calling customer service many times everytime they just hang up after waiting, texted them on WhatsApp they said they will deduct the charges from the payment, when the delivery arrived the carrier had no idea about it and refused to deliver, such a waste of time

I am Writing in my review for the App and the Service of the online, when you sign up as guest in there you cannot track the order, advertisement for 2-4days shipment is a falsely advertised as i ordered an item which was not delivered on time frame. Customer service are very bad in managing customers. Overall its a waste of time to order from this ecom

I mean the apps decent but the way it lags, bad at saving information, pop up ads that u have to scroll past i mean it’s really frustrating, the phone verification is literally a gray screen?? how am i supposed to do verify my number and it’s just a blank screen i tried to reset my app but it’s not working wth

No delivery

I have ordered some items from them and they haven’t send my total purchase and when I talk to the customer service they were refused to give my missing items.they asked me to prove. That customer service guy was so rude and arrogant. They are not trusting customers they trust only their seller. Luckily I had my home camera footage and I sent it to them and got my missing order back. When you deal with them make sure to be careful.
