## StorID Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not working after update"
The app opens up but does not show the slide buttons to open doors at the storage facility. I uninstalled the app the reinstalled it and still nothing. Was working fine before this update.
-- ooi676, 2025-07-11

### ***** "Finally!!!!!"
This app has made some major improvements and support has been extremely helpful
-- Khoimakel, 2025-07-10

### **--- "Doesn’t work"
Wont let me sign in, says user does not exist. No way to change it, delete it or contact anyone about it. App is not user friendly at all
-- Atzman90, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Horrible"
I’m trying to reset/set up my password. Every time I try, it sends me a text with instructions which then takes me back to the App Store to open the StorID app. What is wrong with your tech team
-- Chuckster 2018, 2025-06-19

### *---- "NEVER WORKS!!!"
I been using the same app for Extra Space Storage since 2020 and never had 1 problem... Now I was forced to use this App and I been locked out ALL WEEKEND. It hasn't even worked ONCE... And yes I have the correct username and Password !!!! TOTAL TRASH
-- XKALLIBBERR, 2025-06-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I have the Easy Code app and it stated that it is no longer being supported and we need to download StorID. It does not recognise my email and password. I can’t even reset my login. The help page stated if I am experiencing problems to contact my storage facility. My storage facility has no idea why it isn’t working and states that most of the customers are having issues. I have called the PTI phone number and you need a PIN number to access the technical support person. My facility manager states she doesn’t have the PIN number. I have left several messages and no one will get back to me. This app is useless!!!!
-- uazwildcat, 2025-05-23

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Forced to move to new non working app. App shows entry and exit gates but nothing happens when logged in and pressing them. Redownloaded app and still garbage. Old app worked perfectly.
-- Business Exec77, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Doesn’t work, no help available"
They don’t even try
-- Buckskin Studios, 2025-05-13
