I’ve sunk a few hours into this game now, and I’ve had fun!! It’s simple and it’s enjoyable. The problem is, after having played so long, I feel like I’m in the same place. Nothing is selling still, I’m still completely broke, and while this does seem very accurate to real life (sorry fellow starving artists) it doesn’t make for very satisfying gameplay. The farther I get, the more frustrated I am with this stagnation, and I’m not sure if it’s me or the way the game is designed. Overall, I do quite enjoy the game but the love is starting to fade the further in I get!

This is on of my favorite games ever. I love playing and I also love a lot of the other games made by the developers. I think a really cool addition to the game would be to add a family dynasty where you can live on as you kids. Another really cool thing would be if you were able to make your books in to movies. Thanks for making this amazing game. There’s another bug I found where you can’t make real money purchases and they don’t give the upgrades to the game. Thats the only reason this game isn’t 5 star.

Unless you are willing to spend money to get unlimited energy you will literally slowly pay for your own energy to decrease throughout the game. Not only that but it is virtually impossible to get a book published. I can have 89 quality and 90 artwork and pitch it to a 55 rating publisher and they will turn it down every single time. Even if the book matches the types of books the publisher puts out they will still decline it. It’s a very cool game but unless you spend money it’s a waste of time.

i randomly stumbled upon this game and it reminds me of all of the life simulators i’ve played in the past, which is fun! my only complaint is that since i don’t consider myself a writer, i don’t rlly know what to do especially early on and i wish there was a tutorial to make it easier :( there are a lot of things regarding actually writing a story that’s confusing to me and im just tapping around waiting for a button to do something but i really don’t know what im doing. again, i see the potential but for players who aren’t well versed in the author world a tutorial of sorts would be great
