Limited updates and no rearrangement of list
The updates are slow and limited. The list is never rearranged. There’re no categories or genres either. You have to scroll all the way down to look for unexplored summaries. I am now considering to delete it as I have finished the list for two weeks already.
The trial charged me
The trial charged me and they refused to make it right, blaming it on Apple. Call it what you want. Your app charged me when it said trial. This level of service will cost the company more than the price of refunding it. Their response to my review is inaccurate. I contacted them numerous times after I was charged and they were never willing to help.

Just creating an account itself a big trouble forget about using the app.
Got charged for the trial - no support
I signed up for the trial. It charged me full price that day. Apple wouldn’t refund. I also contacted the company. They would not help either. Their response states they are willing to try to resolve the issue, but I have been in contact with them, and they are not.
I love this app!
This app provides 15-20 minute summaries of popular non-fiction (plus a few fiction) books. It is great to be able to grasp the essence of a title during a one-way commute to work. Sometimes, the StoryShots will inspire me to dig deeper and find the complete text. Although the narration voices sound a bit robotic, they are generally pleasant and easy to understand. I highly recommend.

Amazing value
I have another app that charges more annually than what StoryShots charges for 2 lifetime memberships… duh…no brainer!!! The customer service is so fast and efficient! Hands down, I would strongly recommend.
