I was told by attendees that other vendors had the same issue. The on-site support person offered no solution. The poorly named "Torch" / flashlight feature did not help. The option buttons in the lower corners required multiple finger taps to work. I have an iPhone 13 MaxPro and attendees had QR codes. This is a very poorly designed application and obviously has not been properly tested.
