HOW DOES THE APP WORK?

 Using a top of the line laser from the land surveying industry, this advanced technology scans the surface of each green for millions of data points that are accurate to the millimeter to pick up even the most subtle elevation changes.

  It displays an interactive topography map for each green we've scanned. You can zoom in and out to see the contours and slope percentages, adjust the grid, view a spinning 3D animation, and even calculate your exact putt line (StrackaLine) by setting the hole location and your ball location. Just like a video game, but the information is real!

Available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod, using raw X, Y, Z data points, the device:

● Will calculate all the one inch contours of the putting green
● Will calculate the slope percentages for the whole putting green
● Will calculate the Fall Lines for each hole location

Long time customer

Amazing technology. The data is so valuable for approach shots and green reading. Now $99 I can get all the courses. That is crazy good. I just got custom covers with pictures of my grand kids. They love it. So do I. Always moving forward. Great customer service. A joy to work with. Thanks StrackaLine.

Pricing???

Why are the prices in APP 4x higher than whats on the website? Shady

It’s just a storefront.

The best the is for competitive players

There is no better putting aid for an event than printing your own custom green guide with the fall lines around that day’s hole locations.

Pricing is confusing

There’s a basic online access tier but it’s impossible to buy? Their pricing is confusing. I’m not a dumb guy but after 5 minutes I still couldn’t tell you what the purchase options are. As best I can tell you need to spend $180 for the app to do anything but what it’ll do is a mystery.

Disappointing Changes

I used to have a different version (StrackaLinePro)of this app. It was a few bucks for all the courses played on the PGA tour. They have since removed the app and cutoff the functionality. Now they want an excessive amount for this app and for the books (greatly increased from a few years ago). Very disappointing. It’s basically only for PGA Tour/college players at this point, not casual players.

Currently Useless

Wants $179 for access to 200 courses green info which I cannot test. No courses in my Grand Haven MI area. I’ll just stick to normal putting using my own eyes.

App works great for all the courses you guys got so far! Thousands of courses out there and you're working towards manually scanning them all!!!! Keep up the good work

Disappointing

Even if the potential is good, the app is shady. There is no link to the website or prices. Give away your email address for access just to a demo green. The reads were wrong for pace. Says to aim 55 feet short on a 55 foot putt... found the website and the prices are outrageous. I understand it's a premium app... but be more up front within the app so I can avoid giving you my email. I'll pass and pay the $10 for a Stracka book in the pro shop...it'd be cheaper to pay a caddy..
