Stradivarius - Clothing Store

I placed an order 10 days ago and paid full amount online. The order was estimated to arrive 3 days ago. I contacted customer service and they said they ll forward the complaint, but nothing happened since. DONT BUY THROUGH THIS APP. I will file an official complaint to Consumer Protection Agency

I returned an item at the store and the online voucher isn’t working the chat customer service agents are incompetent they don’t reply and there is no other way to contact anyone to resolve the issue and now I can’t get my money back. I do not recommend using this app . They won’t help you at the store and the chat service is horrible they don’t resolve the issue. It’s just a waste of money.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience. I placed an order with Stradivarius and paid the full amount in cash. However, upon receiving my delivery, I was shocked to find that only the jacket I ordered was included which was worth EGP 2,490. The two dresses worth 1,100 EGP that were supposed to be part of the same order were missing. I paid the full amount in cash once the driver arrived which was worth EGP 3,590 and he didn’t even tell me that part of my order is missing. I immediately contacted your customer service team to resolve this issue, but I was told that someone would reach out to me. Unfortunately, it has been 2 days since that conversation, and I have yet to receive any communication or update from your team. This situation is highly unacceptable. I expect Stradivarius to provide a prompt resolution, including a full refund for the two missing dresses.

Scan store receipts is not working I tried both QR code on the receipt but it didn’t work

I made a mistake and placed an order through the app, I chose home delivery and paid by card. My order was supposed to arrive days ago and I haven't received anything. When I talk to customer service, they don't give me any solution. They close the conversation and say that they will update me. I get no emails, no phone calls, absolutely nothing. Nobody cares, AT ALL. Please do not trust this app. Don't make the same mistake I made.

When favorites list quantity reach 25 and then try to add item to favorites list; error is displayed “ Could not connect. Please try again later”

I cancelled the order but they refused but I didn’t find the order in my orders I thought It cancelled I find the delivery with my order after 2 days I took it from him the refused to refund money to visa and refused to cancel the order after 2 hours of ordering I can’t fist any store to take my money they refused to refund to my visa bad service I don’t advice this site the product doesn’t fit me and I can’t take back my money
