Muy fácil y útil si ya tienes conocimientos previos en entrenamiento en casa y evitar lesiones. Le agregaría la posibilidad de poner otro entrenamiento físico en el calendario. Una rutina de yoga por ejemplo.

Es fácil de usar y es cómoda. Algo que se podría agregar es elongaciones antes del entrenamiento. Estas serían según los ejércitos que se van a hacer en el entrenamiento. Por ejemplo, si se va a hacer sentadillas y zancadas, se elongaría el cuadriceps.

Excelente si tienes conocimiento completo de cómo realizar correctamente cada ejercicio, de lo contrario necesita instrucciones correctas.

Wonderful 5 star app. I’ve noticed a problem with the “Streaks Workout” complication. The complication only displays 4 dashes (- - - -). Otherwise, love the app, it’s easy to use and very reliable.

It worked on the first half of the week and all of the past. But now no matter what phone setting, app setting, volume level, or Bluetooth connection. The app will not count down the workouts or say the name of the workout where it previously did. Just randomly stopped working middle of this week

I loved the streaks all so much I have their workout app a try. It is a simple straightforward way to put together body weight workouts. The simplicity has helped me start my work out routine and journey.

I may not use this app all the time, but when I do I know I’m in for a good, full-body workout. Lots of customization and great for those looking to start a habit of working out, even if it’s just 6mins before you take a shower for the day. HUGE thank you to the developer who keeps this app running smoothly, I appreciate you!
