Quite good, except calorie calculation not accurate
This app is quite good. I followed about 3 months and I’m fitter. It allows me to do simple yet effective workout at home without the need for equipment won’t be affected by weather.
However, the calorie calculation is not accurate. I did 18 minutes workout each day but sometimes it showed very low calorie burnt. Just yesterday showed 0.16kcal. It also can’t get heart rate frequently.
If you do not care about calorie burnt, it is still a very good app.
Good to use
I like to exercise with streak workout, there are a suggestion, when selecting random training, better categorise each training part and random assign these training, in order to avoid consecutive training in the same part of muscle. In my last training, 4 abdominal muscle training were assigned in my training out of 6training session, there’s no room to take a rest for abdominal muscle, causing no full range of motion🙏
