full in sync between apple tv and iphone

i have a home gym with a few machines and free weights plus 50” monitor with apple tv 4. easy to make custom excersises with my own icons. i make the workouts on the iphone and they appear in the apple tv app. then the workout is started on the apple tv. looks great on a big screen. no problems. like the random excersises.

De app is makkelijk in gebruik, overzichtelijk en je ziet je vooruitgang. Het stimuleert mij enorm en het scheelt een hoop tijd en geld in vergelijking met een sportschool. Het enige wat ik mis zijn stretch oefeningen.

Top app!! Absoluut super handig als je niet wilt dat iemand je er doorheen praat, de oefenen op een schematische manier weergeven worden en als je niet wilt dat oefeningen worden weergeven als doe dit 25 keer. Wel zou het fijn zijn als of spotify wordt toegevoegd of je een andere lijst kan kiezen bij apple music :)

Loving this app, but lacks features considering it’s paid

So I’ve used this app for 6 months or so now, and I really enjoy it! It’s sleek and easy to use and a very nice way of staying active in short amount of time per day and with no equipment needed. What I do miss though is more preset choices for certain types of workouts. While you can set these yourself in the app, the whole reason i use an app is because i dont want to have to design my own workout. It would be really great to have presets for ‘back’, ‘arms’, ‘legs’ and ‘core’. It would be even better if there was an additional stretching/flexibility set that you can add either before or after a workout or both, or even as a workout on its own! If there was a page with instructions for each exercise that would be even more amazing (how to do a donkey kick is still unclear to me) and maybe even a small indicator on the stick figure to see which muscles are worked out in each exercise. Anyways, i don’t regret buying the app and will still use it regularly until the gyms open again.

Great app, active energy needs work

The app is great but with an Apple Watch the recorded active energy doesn’t compute. I got 386 Kcals voor 90 push-ups and 286 Kcals for 75 triceps dips. That’s a bit steep. If that could be fixed that would be great!

No sound in earpods on apple watch

De Apple Watch app is heel onstabiel. Crasht vaak en stem breekt af.

If you like Streaks you will like this app. It’s great to stay motivated and quickly do a workout. No subscriptions or up sell spam, just a set of exercises that will help you stay fit. Improvement points; bit more explanation when you do a exercise for the first time would be great. But just Googling the name of the exercise will give you a gazillion YouTube videos explaining what to do. Take the time to do this every now and then to improve how you perform an exercise. Random is a bit to random sometimes for me. I fixed this by creating some custom workouts, like “leg day” or “core focus”. Oh and the watch app monitoring heart rat automatically is also very nice! I definitely recommend this app if you don’t need explained videos.
