Description

Meet StreamLabs®, your all-in-one home water solution that protects your home from water damage and leaks from both plumbing and non-plumbing sources. Using a combination of advanced ultrasonic technology and sensors, StreamLabs captures and delivers powerful insights into your water usage – and provides real-time alerts of potential leaks. Manually customize your leak alert settings or let the new learning Smart Alerts™ feature automatically protect your home by detecting any water usage outside of the norm.
Choose from three StreamLabs devices: StreamLabs Scout, StreamLabs Monitor or StreamLabs Control. All three of these Wi-Fi-enabled devices provide leak protection for your home, and work together or independently. The StreamLabs Scout and the StreamLabs Smart Home Water Monitor each install in under 5-minutes with no pipe cutting, tools, or professional installer required. The StreamLabs Control features remote, flow-based automatic water shut-off functionality, and can use alerts from the Scout to stop leaks even sooner for high-risk appliances such as water heaters and ice makers.
The StreamLabs App is mission control for your StreamLabs devices. It supports the Scout, Monitor and Control all in one place to create tailored household leak protection optimized for your needs. In the StreamLabs App, you’ll have access to:

StreamLabs Reviews

Why can’t I use a password manager

The White Donkey on

United States

Why doesn’t your app support using a password manager to create/enter a password. I can’t even paste a password I’ve created in a password manager into the field. That’s pretty bad.

Poor app functionality

Chicagowatersaver on

United States

The app locks up consistently as in nearly daily and I can’t get to my notifications or alerts. I have to delete the app and re-add to get into the app. In an emergency thy isn’t very efficient.

Bad app

vir2513 on

United States

App seems to recalibrate whenopened past home page. It disconnects from server then reconnects within a minute. Continued message app offline. Only troubleshoot is replacement of unit. Plumbers cost to break connections and reattach new unit…. That weakens connection of main water line! Do not purchase this product! Leaving poor review difficult to do….

Doesn’t stay logged in

dapope77 on

United States

Alerts are almost useless as the app doesn’t stay logged in so the alerts never show. It didn’t used to be this way. UPDATE: seems to be staying logged in. Ow.

Saved me a bunch

lygonia on

United States

I manage apartment buildings. One running toilet can cost me upwards of $1000 for the month. This device has paid for itself over and over again. I’m buying it for all my buildings. Great product. Why the water company doesn’t do this is dumb. They would save water if customers had the ability to monitor. Thank you

Lack of Control with App

Gawlfer on

United States

There should be a way to input that you are doing some unusual water event BEFORE you do it! Like filling a swimming pool. Instead it shuts off the water! After the original “learning” week it turned off my shower just before I got into it. Apparently I decided to shower later than I showered during the “learning” week 🙄

Steal

Smeric28 on

United States

They downgraded the free features after I purchased. Base app is nearly non functional. They want 100 bucks per year they are insane for this worthless app. Never updated and buggy.

App

This app is always dormant, such an inconvenience. My water has been closed for over an hour and I cannot get the app to load.

Great when working

Mgk12345 on

United States

I’m unable to get into the app today. I’ve tried both my iPhone and iPad. I get a pop up screen that says: An Error Occury <html> <head> <title>504 Gateway Time- Out</title></head> Etc. Retry. Okay

Historical Data Needs Better Display

imhoReviewer on

United States

There’s an obvious gap in showing usage over minutes in the last hour - they have a real-time meter of the last 60 seconds (60 dots with “1 min ago” on left and “now” on right) then a bar chart under that of hours in the day. What about minutes in the last hour? There should be another real-time meter like the last 60 seconds for the last 60 minutes. Most all water usage events take more than a minute and you need to see that length of time (minutes) before resolution is lost between events (two 5 minute events in the same hour get merged and lost) over the course of a whole hour being aggregated into one bar of usage for simply # gallons in a hour for a particular hour of the day. Beyond the day you’re in, you should be able to pick data through a calendar interface. If I want to look at a particular hours in a day from months ago, going back day by day is prohibitively time consuming and tedious to click and scroll back 30, 60, 90, ... days. The data is there, just make it a few clicks accessible. Click month, click date, see hours in that day. Don’t click 90 times to go back 3 months to a particular day. Make these two fixes and I’ll come back and give 5 stars! And, I’m sure you’ll have a better product with more satisfied customers like me 😁
