Tip for international travelers - You can avoid data roaming charges when outside the US by turning off data roaming and using Wi-Fi hotspots instead of your 3G/4G network. Since calls are charged under your PanTerra calling plan, you should not incur international roaming charges.
*Important VoIP over Data Cellular Notice*
Some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their network, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a cellular network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP. ## Streams UC Reviews in United States

### *---- "The worst"
This is the worst communication platform that I’ve ever worked with. Their solution to the multitude of problems is to uninstall and reinstall. My team of 25+ people beg our management regularly to ditch it.
-- Tweezy_32, 2025-07-29

### ***** "Seamless integration with intuitive client setup"
Easy to use and understand
-- Harriso09, 2025-05-13

### ****- "Push calls to Cell vs Data"
Data messages are easily accessible and can be responded to at the recipients convenience. Are often shorter and more concise while voice calls can be accommodate longer more detailed conversations.
-- ChriHola, 2025-01-19

### ***** "Good application on iCloud I have ever seen"
The application was good and reliable fanstastic and effective on his aspect
-- john lattan, 2023-12-13

### ***** "Reliable and Easy"
I have been using the Streams platform for years. Quality has gotten better and I like the new Dark Mode feature.
-- JohnBonzi, 2023-12-12

### ***** "Easy Integration"
Recent update!**

Love the new dark mode feature! Looks super slick and way easier on the eyes.

Previous review:
Easily integrates with my computer and desk phone. Can message my teammates and customers from anywhere. Love the livestream feature.
-- ldegroff, 2023-09-20

### ***** "Joyful app"
I love that streams will send you a notification every time somebody “unlikes” a message, even if it’s not your own. Really a sign of their attention to detail. A joy to use
-- dj_kenog, 2022-10-25

### *---- "Streams for 3 years"
This is from attempting to use this app for 3 years and attempting to use it daily. Have a desk phone and this app for my iPhone. I can’t make good quality calls 90% of the time ON or OFF WiFi 1gbps lines or on 5G. This app doesn’t ring or even notify me if someone is calling. I do notify me if I miss a call or get a voicemail and that is about the extent of the app.
-- Experienced_IT_User, 2021-11-30

### ***** "Never heard of PanTerra…. Glad they found us"
We are a small accounting firm in Atlanta. We were having non stop phone issues since we moved to voip. Our voip company said it would be plug and play. It wasn’t at all. Logan from PanTerra called us and right away he knew what our problem was. He sold us a new circuit with a green box and sold us his phones. We are very happy with our voip service now.
-- AmyP!, 2021-11-02

### *---- "Worst phone app ever"
This is the worst phone app ever! You can only use certain browsers for most features. Sound goes out often, meaning when I answer the phone, the other end cannot hear me. App will ring once then go to voicemail. Have to completely delete the app and reinstall too often for it to work properly.
