What I like most is that it feels like you’re talking to an actual coach. After each run, it tells me what I did well, what I can improve on and what to focus on next week. I also love how flexible it is with my schedule. If I miss a session, it adjusts my training and tells me what to do next instead of making me feel like I’ve fallen behind. I think experienced runners would get a lot out of it but as a beginner, I’ve found it really helpful too.
