It’s a great app…. Except the amount of notifications and how frequently they get sent. It is a little annoying I don’t think people need to be told their stress level that frequently it seems to me that the app just wants to make people stress about being stressed 🤷🏼♀️
I wish I could afford the paid version so I could keep track of previous days, and see more in depth data, but it’s a great app. It seems like the instant I get stressed a notification pops up. I find it helpful (I use that as a “breathe” alert). I like when it tells me I’m doing “great” too. Honestly, it’s never been wrong. Definitely worth downloading.
After the recent update and spending a lot of time trying to get it to work the way it was on my Apple Watch 10 I’m admitting defeat. Every step I take it refuses to accept. It’s confusing, frustrating and very annoying
It’s easy to use and provides prompt notifications based on HRV, which is very useful for someone working in the office - it knows that you are stressed before you do!
I’m laying down low heart rate feeling great and relaxed, but showing as Overload, hhmmm don’t think so.
Good app
I downloaded this but every day I get your low you are under too much stress when I’m sitting in a chair relaxed. You need to track and get a baseline where each individual person sits. Hate to see what it says if I was actually stressed out
Beyond the free version there’s not a really any better features, beyond the different characters on Watch, which don’t actually appear on the iOS app. The most annoying thing is that the watch app does not sync in real time with the app, so you’ll receive a notification on your phone and your watch says something completely different. There are also no prompts of things to do when “overloaded” or “pay attention” notifications come up with the app, outsourcing to their own URLs with the app getting stuck for up to five minutes loading information. Probably the worst thing is that the notifications are so inconsistent due to the bare minimum tracking of the HRV that the notification actually caused me anxiety which made things worse, with no solution offered by the app to address the issue. Basically, you can find these results for free within your Health app. Don’t waste your money on this.
