It shows I‘m stressed, when I sitting, chilling and reading, or even while I‘m sleeping. Adds absolutely nothing to my life. I do not understand the good rating, since I really cannot tell what this app is measuring in my case. To be honest that app stresses me out, telling me I‘m stressed, when I am clearly not!
I was really happy at the beginning, now the watch shows me I‘m stressed when lying on the sofa doing absolutely nothing and actually feeling great. Get 8 hours of sleep and the app tells me I‘m stressed. At the same time when I work and actually feel the pressure and stress the app tells me I‘m doing great 😂 Either I‘m wrong or the app.

HRV表情跟Apple Watch 太搭了 也用过其他压力监测软件 但更喜欢这款 简洁好用 如果能看实时压力最好了 打工人非常需要！
测量的数据非常准确 可以实时测量 还可以看其他数据 例如喝水 睡眠 非常推荐
