The stretches seem random with no real plan. Theres basically no explanation or flow, and it doesn’t feel like it was made by folks who actually know (or care) much about stretching. On top of that pretty much everything is locked. They let you try a few random routines then they want you to pay a pretty steep weekly subscription. Feels predatory and likely just another cash grab. The routines I did try weren’t making much sense either, especially if you’re looking for clear instructions and safe progressions. They have a library of articles about stretching but they seem fake and almost definitely generated by AI. I guess we’re at that point where developers can just hack anything together with AI and launch it on the app store without having any real understanding of the subject matter. Overall disappointing.
