It also includes an incredible catalog of exercises progression to boost the effectiveness no matter what level of mobility you currently have. I wish there was a way to automatically select most intense versions as many weeks I feel like I don’t get enough of a push and changing out every exercise for a higher level is time consuming, but overall I feel like the app does a good job in targeting the whole body’s mobility in effective cycles that keep it interesting. I don’t think it’s intense enough to get you to Juji’s personal flexibility level, but maybe I just need to stick to it a little while longer and ramp up to higher level substitutions more often.
