I am a Gymnast and I always worry about loosing flexibility during breaks and stuff like that. I figured this app was perfect to maintain any flexibility I needed! It seemed to work good But EVERYTHING COSTS MONEY!! Not worth it!
I love this app, it is fun and challenging at the same time. And yes you need power and you will burn calores as long the videos are getting advanced. Love it ❤️ Just make sure download the videos so you won’t have problems to got paused.
I made a mistake in my email when registering. But it let me do two classes and I loved them. I went to do more classes the next day and it told me that they didn’t have anyone registered with my email. I contacted them and they contacted me within a couple hours after I emailed them. They were able to correct my error in giving them the wrong email address. I’ve now done four classes and I’m still loving it. By-the-way when I was able to do the first two classes I did it from the website. When I tried the next day it was from the app. Thank you for the help.
I have enjoyed the workouts I’ve done, but I’m on the fence about spending $160 a year. I think that price is a bit high. I thought I had one more day on the trial today but it’s already over. Every day I’ve been on the trial, I’ve intentionally tried to think “is this something I want to stick with and invest in?” I really could have used a few more days to make this decision. Idk why the trial is so short. If it was a 14 day trial, I think I would have been more likely to get hooked because it would have been becoming part of my daily routine and I would feel more confident spending the money. Unfortunately with only using it 5-6 times (I had to work all day yesterday and just didn’t have time) I’m just not able to feel confident in investing a large amount of money (for me) into the app. Its unfortunate because this app was my top runner, especially since I am a Christian and so many of these other apps rely on so much yoga which conflicts with my beliefs. If I could get an extended trial or discount on the yearly membership, I would continue with the app. The workouts are good but it’s just too big of an investment for something I haven’t been able to spend much time with. I think from a marketing aspect, 14 days would benefit the company AND customers more and I truly believe you would see more people signing up. I also love to align with generous companies who deliver more than other companies do. Just my two cents :) the app seems pretty great though!
Not sorry but I agree with the other reviews you need to add more of a free section at least to accommodate ppl who can’t spend money like that and that’s another thing $20 a month is such a joke I don’t care how much time and resources you put into an app that is basically a yoga app, it is ridiculous. Maybe if I won the lottery but the chances of that are slim. Don’t respond unless ur willing to change any of that and maybe I’ll give the app another try but as of right now I’m posting this review and then uninstalling the app.
This app -from a dancer who is pretty flexible- is ok but not perfect. When stretching to achieve a goal you really need an in person training so they can move you to the right position to get you the best stretch. I have been able to wrap my leg around my head sense I was 8 so I know how to stretch pretty well. This app has some good stretches but some that could potentially hurt you if you do it wrong. But on the other hand if you are dedicated to making sure you are stretching right and stretching often then you could be okay. From experience I would recommend to take one or more in person stretching classes to know what stretches are good for you and your goals also to make sure you are doing it right and won’t hurt yourself.
Seems fun but I hate that it’s not free and why do we need to give date of birth that is private information. If you want to spend a lot of money this is your app.
I recently became aware of the spiritual roots of yoga that are at odds with my Christian faith. I don’t want to do yoga again. I was looking for an alternative to help me stretch, and this app is wonderful! Thank you!!!
I wish they had more music options and the audio quality could be very much improved for a paid app but I loved the stretching experience. I HATEstretching and have no patience for it at all, however I was able to get through a 30 min session my first time and I never got bored!
