I’ve been using this app for 3 years now, it is so annoying when it asks for updates and there are no updates available actually or app is up to date. So I have to skip my workouts because of the bug. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!

My flexibility has greatly improved since using this app. The classes are excellent and well thought out. Membership is a bit pricey but if you stretch regularly, it is well worth it.

At 43 I’ve lost 100 and can now do a split ( it took time but it was worth it) I joined during the pandemic when my gym closed Best decision I’ve ever made Helped my posture, energy and strength I’ve stop and started multiple times but I always came back because it relieved my aches and pains also help elevate my stress It’s always nice to end my day with something positive

I have never reviewed an app but this one deserves my time! Wow!! I bought the month and then decided to purchase the year. After just 4 days the relief I felt from stress was amazing. After 3 weeks I feel so much better in the mornings. I do a morning stretch and bedtime stretch. I can go all the way up in cobra pose now where before I was very limited. Excellent app thank you!

My first stretch class overall was a bit challenging because of the amount of years I went without but it felt AMAZING pushing my body and muscles and ligaments to a minimum starting off. Can’t wait for the next training!!!
