HOW IT WORKS

1. Tell us your goal. 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, ultra, or returning from a break.

2. Coach Ben builds your plan. A real periodized plan: base, build, peak, taper, with progressive overload, recovery weeks, and pace targets calculated from your recent times. No generic templates.

3. Run it. Live GPS tracking, real-time pace and distance, audio coaching cues at every mile, and automatic Apple Health sync. Open the app right after a run and we already know what you did.

4. Track everything. Auto-detected PRs at 1K, 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half, and marathon. Weekly mileage trends, day streaks, all-time totals.
