Stride is a social fitness meet-up app, designed to help you make new friends and exercise more. Whether you’re looking for someone to go running with, or a pal to join your dog walks, Stride makes it easy to build your exercise tribe.

Stride aims to have an activity match for everyone, so if you're not a runner, no problem! With a range of activities like Badminton, Roller Blading, Hill Walking, Mountain Biking, Swimming and more, you'll be sure to find someone to get out and get moving with.
