Create amazing comic books with your photos and share with friends and family. Tell exciting stories with balloons, stickers, drawings, and warped 3D lettering. Strip Designer offers the complete comic creation experience on iOS and macOS.

You'll begin by selecting one of the many included comic book page templates or create your own custom layout.

Next, you'll add photos from the camera, your album, or create a drawing. Apply filters, or even paint on and mask your photos for atmosphere, style and retouching.

Add balloons and text anywhere you want and in any direction and size. Play with the colors and fonts until you get the perfect look.

Add stickers like "Boom", "Splash", or "Bang" to spice up the action -- Even create your own library using photos from your photo-album and the built-in masking and drawing tools.

Use 3D warped text with thick borders and gradient color-fill to give your comic the extra super-hero feel. Download and add additional free fonts easily within the app, to give your text a unique look!

While you work, you can freely pan and zoom to control even tiny details.

Once you have finished your masterpiece you can save it to your photo album or share it with your friends. Use PDF to share entire comic books in high-quality.

It’s okay but could be a tiny bit better

It’s a bit frustrating sometimes

So legendary

Strip designer is the best writing game I have found and it will always be. Even though it is made to make comics I mainly use it to plan the books I write and I can always rely on this app if I want to make a book my only problem is I loose a bit of data every time I use the app:(. Hope you can fix it in the next update. 😄😄✌️👍:-)

Best of its kind.

Forget all those "take a photo, add some stickers (that you pay extra for), add some effect text (that you pay extra for), share" apps that the store seems full of (with more added seemingly every week). In even its simplest mode, Strip Designer leaves them all in the dust. It is without equal, yet amazingly gets better with every release, being improved by a very responsive developer who obviously cares about his product. This is the one that all those others don't want you to know about...

Great app

Having trouble with the app closing when I try to move photos around. Would love to see a redo button. Accidentally delete things with the undo button. Then need to redo it again.

Stickers

Excellent application, but you could make it even better, if you added more stickers in the library.

Easy to use and brilliant

A great way to use your own photos and images from the net, add text, graphics, effects, etc, ...... And it's really simple to use. I have created a number of posters with it and they are really slick looking. I highly recommend this app.

The best comic strip maker I have ever used.

This is the best comic strip maker I have ever used, on and off the iPad. It has had many update in the time that I have been using it. (About three years now.) Every time they add new and useful tools to help me create my comics. If you are thinking of buying a comic strip app, then this is the only one you will ever need. Adam

Lots of fun, we have some very funny comics as a result. well done

Don't like the new update.

I used to teach (1st and 2nd grade) with this app, but since the update the students have found it really difficult to change the cells to text cells. It used to be straight forward, now they have to go through too many steps. Please bring back the old "tap to change" function in the layout section!!!
