Terrible service and high fees. They even said people were disputing charges before I accepted payments. Steer clear of this service, it’s terrible!

So difficult to use
I don’t get this app. I’ve been trying for about 13 hours to get this app to work. I’ve submitted my DL 9 times! 9!! And it well doesn’t work. I’ve tried to link 2 other bank accounts thinking that might helped get me verified and it said both of them are invalid. I’m beginning to think Stripe is a scam! So disappointed in this experience. I don’t recommend unless you’re paying someone to get it up and running for you. Good luck!

I don’t know why, but Stripe suddenly requested to review my account and eventually decided to close my account and I still cannot get my money. contacted describe support, but the response seems only template.

All is too limited
The app is missing too much compared to the website. I can’t create invoices with line items only one time payments of a single lump sum. I need to navigate to the website anytime I want to create a proper invoice

Tratamos de utilizar sus servicios pero nunca tuvimos éxito por qué nos decían que la información brindada no les funcionaba por la dirección ya que nuestra residencia es en Puerto Rico tratamos de buscar un número telefónico para comunicarnos pero sin tener éxito ya que no aparece ningún número telefónico. El soporte de ayuda es una computadora al parecer.
