## Strive Training Systems Description
You used to be on it. Training hard, chasing goals, feeling strong.
Then life happened. Work, stress, injuries, burnout, maybe even a bit of self-doubt.
Now, you’re ready to come back. But not to the same old routine that broke you.
You want structure, but not rigidity. Progress without obsession.
You want to feel strong again, in your body and your mind.

That’s where STRIVE comes in.

STRIVE is the training system for people who’ve tried all the hard-and-fast programs, but this time want something built around them: Their goals, their time, their body.

Inside the STRIVE app, you get:

Real programming, written by a coach who’s been where you are.

Clear, progressive training plans that adapt as you do.

Weekly video check-ins and messaging that keeps you accountable

Tools to help you manage energy, mindset, sleep, and food, not just reps and sets.

STRIVE is about rebuilding confidence, one session at a time.
Not punishing yourself. Not chasing every trend. Just consistent, honest work.

It's time to stop saying "one day". Your new day 1 starts here.
