Like I say, I’m trying to delete this app to cancel my subscription and for some reason it doesn’t let me!!!! AND TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS IS NOT THE ONLY REASON I WANT TO DELETE THIS APP. What a motivator, I’ve been following this woman on Instagram and YouTube for years and thank goodness she now has an app!! She has recipes, ways to track your calories, you can even put your before and after pics on the app (for our own eyes only obvs) then you sign up to a workout program, you can pick your own one that suits your lifestyle, it has reminders and ways to move the workout if you can’t do it that day…. And it’s only 4 x a week so it’s not that hard to fit in to life! I’ve just started the program “officially” on the app, but I have been doing the workouts for her for years and she really tailors them to women’s needs, she isn’t your usual personal trainer workout.
