I have seldom been impressed by a software product as much as Strong. After struggling for years to track my exercises and previous lifted weights (including trying out various apps) nothing has worked like Strong. It’s the perfect companion for my workouts because of routine template creation + rest timer.
Best app out there to track daily workouts.
Using paid version for lifetime as it helps my goals to get stronger.
I used the app for the two months and they were great. The app is great and promises what it does. But I am unable to get in touch with the creators. And despite me paying for the app I did not get the pro features. I think it’s a technical glitch and request the makers to help me out here. Thanks

Very helpful app, i used it a lot in my fat loss journey
I’ve been using Strong for more than a year. If you are serious about logging strength training workouts, this is one of the better options. The interface is simple and easy to use. At the same time, there is a large amount of customisation available if you’re willing to invest some time in creating custom workouts as per your requirements. The free app is pretty usable; however, if you want to setup more than 3 custom workout routines, I’d suggest subscribing to the Pro version - which is also available at a very reasonable cost.
I have tried many different apps and I can say that this is the best app so far for tracking progress in gym. I love how convenient it is to switch metric and be able to see history as well as the auto fill of value during the input and showing previous value there. One thing that can be improved is having weight o be set using plates weight of one side that way no need to calculate or sum up the weights, saw that in JEFIT app and it was cool. Keep up the good work!
