The free version of Strong can save unlimited workouts, but is limited to 3 custom routines. Upgrade to a Strong PRO subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year) for an unlimited number of routines and to unlock additional PRO features.
Strong will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or free trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
If you’ve previously purchased “Unlock Strong” or “Strong Combo Pack”, you’ll be able to use the Restore Purchases option in the app for access to all Strong PRO features.

The free version is more than enough for me and helps me track my prs and also means I don’t have to remember my max weights from the last time I went and so on brilliant app I recommend it to everyone I know and a lot of people ask when they see me using it at the gym

Excellent app but the only thing that lets it down and had I known before wouldn’t have bought a years subscription ,is that you either have to build your own templates or hunt Reddit to get at them. I can’t see how it would of been hard to have a database or a shared community inside the app. This probably sounds lazy but I want new workouts to get at to keep things fresh.

Great app for tracking lifts, but the “Records” section where you can look at best lifts for each exercise seems to be consistently wrong. It seems that the Records section does not correctly update when a new lift is saved, there is always a problem with the way it shows records history. Would be great if this element could be updated, other than that, it is a great app.

I was looking for an app that did just this for so long, but every one I used forced you to use them as a rest period timer which was very annoying, I just wanted to enter sets and weights to track. Only flaw I have encountered is, I routinely forget to ‘finish’ my workouts, and so on average will log 40-60hr workouts… would be nice if the app sent a push notification after 20 mins or so of inactivity to ask if I’m still in the gym?

This workout tracker is a great addition to track your workouts and has most of the exercises I do (some forearm exercises, tricep exercises such as unilateral tricep extensions and no variations for cable fly so no possibility to separately track low to high/normal/high to low cable flies) but the interface is very slick and quite easy to use. I’ve found it’s also a very light app (I’ve got an iPhone 15 and in the last 10 days I’ve used it for an hour in total and it’s used about 1% of battery, it was also light on my old iPhone XR, maybe closer to 3% on that for the last 10 days) I would recommend, now there are other apps that make your own workout for that and if you’re a beginner just wanting good exercises to get you started I wouldn’t get this app as you’re not given any guidance but if you’re intermediate or pretty experienced in going to the gym I might consider this one of the best workout apps

I’ve been using this app for 4 months now and as far as tracking progress it’s great. However, the statistics and the exercise/weight variations could be better approved considering there is a monthly subscription. I’ve used better free apps with more exercise and data but don’t track as good. If this developer could improve the data and exercises to chose from, this app would easily be the best in the world
