Plus, you can see the historic data of a certain movement and track your progress. Then you can see yourself in the Leaderboard. With advanced filter feature, you can define the categories and compare yourself with your peers. On top all these cool features, StronGrips App provides you a perfect workout timer with 3 main modes: For Time (Count Up), AMRAP (Count Down) or Interval. With its clear design, the StronGrips App will be your best training partner. KG – LBS Weight converter and percentage calculator are additional useful features of StronGrips App where you don’t loose time to make the calculations for your strength trainings.
