I love the fact that I can easily view BPM of my music to ensure my music matches the effort I want. Cycle is my main format, but now I use this app for all my classes! I like to plan my classes in advance and the app helps me stay prepared and professional, providing a better experience for participants. It’s also very useless when I’m in time crunch or need a specific theme because the app allows access to tons of other company and member created content. Like most new apps and programs glitches are expected. In my frustration I sought other apps to instruct my classes. I found one that worked well, but it didn’t have some of the features I liked in SC. I reached out to SC Customer Service, they addressed my issue and I tried it again. Discovered another glitch and I tried a different app. This happened about 3–4 times where I left SC, but ultimately will always go back. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. Haha Needless to say, I’ve been w/SC again for almost a year and I am very pleased w/the improvements. Also, they have a very responsive customer service team.
