The amount of disregard to users is crazy when it comes to listing tickets on their platform. One thing I’ve learned: the seller policy is adjustable to their liking. I deleted my listing but someone still “bought” the tickets so I was charged an insane amount. I called and tried to resolve and the individual just kept telling me I should’ve screenshot when I received the confirmation of deleted listing on the app. I am truly baffled at how this platform manipulates sellers to make money.

Rip off, use ticketmaster instead
5G vs Wifi
Bought MLB tix for Toronto but couldn’t open the app on cellphone using 5G to get tix at event. Thanks to Rogers Center and staff helping me to get on their Wi-Fi to get app open and get my tickets to enter event. I took photos but it didn’t work on their scanner but did once app opened.
Over prices “fees”
Definitely won’t use them ever again to buy tickets! The prices you get charged for fee’s are crazy!!! $201 extra for their “fees” for a pair of tickets is definitely ridiculous. Avoid if you don’t want to pay stupid prices for events.
Horrible Customer Service
I bought a ticket and then found out I couldn’t attend. I tried to re-sell the ticket 14 days before the show and it was “pending” for approval for every single one of those day. I called their customer service line for listings 7 or 8 times and all they could do for me is “escalate” the situation to another department, one I couldn’t speak to. Now I’m out $400. Thanks. I will never buy on here again, this is so horrible and wrong, I literally did everything I could.
Not accessible
My phone is set for low vision, and I can’t get past the fourth introductory window (Find out when…) because presumably the next button is below the bottom of the screen. Fix this!
Literally cannot use on smaller iPhone
Disappointed that the app downloads and installs but then stays stuck at the first static screen. If there is a button below the image, I can’t see it on my iPhone SE classic running iOS 15.8.4, which I’m using as my newer iPhone needs repair. Cannot swipe either to a new screen, and portrait orientation does nothing. Disappointed that it’s not properly optimized for mobile; at least the Ticketmaster app tells me straight up that their app won’t install because it runs on iOS 17!
