A ticket I bought has been postponed since last year, and they still have not reached a conclusion about whether the event was canceled or not. The event was obviously canceled, but their customer service team continues to use faulty and outdated links to prove that it was “postponed”. The official vendor and event location do not have the event listed anywhere. Maybe that would get them to stop their fraudulent ways. In addition, $13 fees for a $28 dollar ticket is price gouging but there is nothing consumers can do since they control the market. How about holding them complicit to the order that was paid for?! Nope!
