## Student Roost Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "terrible and doesn’t work"
why send us emails for an app that doesn’t even work? when you try to sign in you get about 50 emails telling you to verify, and the freaking link doesn’t even work. fix your app before you start spamming emails. not impressed.
-- amilolol, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Poo in a kettle"
Started off by logging in, decided to take my first year of uni to process an EMAIL ACCOUNT. All to say it couldn't validate anything😊. Then sent me an email to validate said email account which of course took another TWO YEARS. When it did finally load it asked me to press a button to then validate it allowing me time to finish my MASTERS before telling me it validated my email. Finally, had to return to the login (thinking me email had been validated) which gave me time to BACKPACK THE GLOBE to again tell me my email wasn't valid👍. 10/10 cheers john
-- ClungeDuster3000, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Too slow"
Application this slow in 2026 should not be allowed, takes too long to load and then keeps telling me there is an error.
-- snmr13, 2026-08-28

### *---- "terrible"
always being logged out of my email address 1000s of times and it’s buggy in general and doesn’t have a broad enough range of courses to choose from and it shows nothing on the app
-- etphonehome1106, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Completely useless"
Loads for hours, the flatmate chats aren’t even actually people in your flat?? Makes no sense
-- Cara789, 2026-08-16

### *---- "Awful"
Doesn’t work, constantly logged out and having to reverify my email address just to not be able to access anything or see the announcement that was supposedly posted. Just use the website that’s basically all you’ll use anyway
-- EevieWeevie, 2026-07-16

### *---- "Awful"
So slow it’s barely functional, don’t understand why they have replaced emails and social media with this trash
-- RabidJoe26, 2025-10-16

### *---- "So slow"
It’s unbearable to use, getting rid of the Instagram social media is a horrible idea
-- Galaxybunny27, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Amazing idea but terrible at it’s current state"
Whole app is full of bugs and barely works. I don’t understand why it was released even though it’s completely unfinished.
-- Miss.Lina.Love, 2025-09-19

### ***** "A great app to connect with friends!"
The app has a lot of places to chat and meet with new people at my property. The staff even run events and you can see all of this in the app! Great place to socialise and meet your flat mates and stay connected! You can even pay through the app!
-- JellyBean8642, 2025-09-19

### *---- "so slow"
frustrating to load, takes like 2 minutes per click. cant scroll when looking at people and courses in my accommodation. fix the app please
-- funarianna, 2025-09-10

### *---- "Pointless"
The app just doesn’t load at all. Can get onto the app but if you want to use any of the features, you will be staring at a loading icon for hours. Genuinely has 0 use in its current state.
-- HBlake21, 2025-09-09

### **--- "So slow"
Has potential to be useful but literally nothing loads so currently useless
-- Yaryeret, 2025-09-06

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Everything takes a minimum of 10 minutes to load making it practically unusable. Looking forward to moving into my accomodation but unfortunately the app just causes more frustrations than help
-- Cuteeyes7812, 2025-09-05

### *---- "Badly designed app"
It takes ages for anything to load. It feels very rushed, unfinished, unoptimised and a disaster to use
-- notJordy, 2025-09-02

### *---- "Extremely slow, unbearable to use."
This app is so slow, it truly is unbearably slow and requires lots and lots of patience in order to use, it’s honestly exasperating, please fix your app fast.
-- bpdxt, 2025-08-29

### ***** "Barely works"
Logs me out every time and tells me i dont have a booking even though i do. No way to log back in
-- Lucymeme101, 2025-08-21

### ***** "Fantastic app"
Absolutely love using the Student Roost app. It does so much! I can talk to my friends, join events and stay up to date with everything happening in my accommodation - it’s so cool!
-- JohnMos1988, 2025-08-07

### *---- "Horrible"
When I go to log in I put my email in, it sends verification link which I verify, go back to app and it’s refreshed to begging, enter same email, send another verify, click already confirmed -> tells me not confirmed…
