## Student Seats Reviews in United States

### *---- "This app is miserable to use"
Push notifications do not work, making it impossible to reliably sell tickets. The “remember me for 7 days” never seems to work. You can’t delete the first digit in a ticket price once it’s typed in, meaning you have to completely remove the listing to change the price. All that among many many more UI glitches.
-- Homecarrot, 2025-11-25

### *---- "Buggy and Expensive"
Way too many bugs and high fee just to use
-- ekpggggg, 2025-11-16

### ***** "App review"
Great app + good prices
-- Godisgood_Noah, 2025-11-08

### ***-- "Frequent App Bugs and Lack of Customer Service on Game Day"
I tried to use the Student Seats platform to sell my football ticket for today’s game, but unfortunately, the app was completely buggy. I couldn’t log into my account a few hours before the game. either through their website or the app. It was really frustrating because on a game day, they should have reliable customer service, but they didn’t respond to my emails and there’s no phone number to contact them. Even messaging them on Instagram didn’t help.
Honestly, this kind of technical issue is a big problem for us students, especially on an important day like a football game when a lot of people rely on the app. I hope they realize how much inconvenience this causes and improve their support and platform stability. Thanks.

### ***** "i love bordeaux"
app is amazing made my life so much easier
-- claptrakk, 2025-10-16

### ***** "Good app for student tickets"
Prices are what they say they are when sold, no hidden fees after purchase.
-- Spencerr2512, 2025-10-14

### *---- "Terrible app"
allow studentseats to track me across other apps and websites? are you kidding me? and the fees are crazy. and don't get me started on the app, why have an app if it's just your website crammed into an app? and student ambassadors who are probably most of your reviews, literally paid to say nice things. yall are basically a temu SeatStock and it shows
-- Sixth year senior, 2025-09-12

### *---- "Literally Worst App Ever"
My first time ever writing an apple review in 10 years. Actually impossible to use. My email is apparently already taken, but can’t login. Reset password button says it will send an email but it NEVER DOES. No way to contact them either for help so good luck. If you respond with check my spam folder i’ll actually punch you in the face
-- The ultra andj, 2025-09-09

### *---- "Scam"
SSN to sell student tickets? Are you kidding me? Also the fees are atrocious! 80%! Take your business elsewhere.
-- Gamer Guy 6382, 2025-08-15

### *---- "Got scammed"
Don’t use app I got scammed
-- cbxnxndsjdj, 2025-04-01
