THIS IS THE REVIEW I LEFT 3 YEAR AGO: The concept itself it’s pretty good, and I think no one would mind a one time pay for this. But still, there are a lot of details you should add to make the app more intuitive, such as: • On image edition mode, being able to move and zoom in and out the image using both fingers (as you usually see on most apps) • On image edition mode, being able to adjust the functions (+/- tap strength, +/- rubber size, etc.) by numbering it instead of only changing it through the sliding bar. Because when you want to increase/decrease a function just a little bit, the bar will never give you that precision • On image edition mode, introduce a edge blur tool so you can make the clothing cut outs look more neat • Relatively to design, I think you could change it a bit to a more neutral, clean almost IG like aesthetic! Hope you listen to my recommendations as I believe some of them could really help you improve significantly! 2024 UPDATES: • Totally abandoned image editing on app as there where no upgrades. You could offer an in-app auto remove option that worked as good as remove.bg (platform i’ve been using to edit) • Aesthetics are still wack, you should try to have a more consistent and color neutral UX/UI Design. Also, better aesthetics mean it’ll be more intuitive. • Regarding the intuition part as well: i.e. when you tap to change clothing details (price, color, etc.), the top right button should switch to “Save” instead of mantaing “Back”. I’ve used this app for year now and still find myself trying to find the save button because I always think it won’t apply the changes i’ve made. • Never understood what “Resort” means on the season options. • In my personal opinion, the URL option for clothing details is useless, maybe you could open settings so the user can choose which details will be needed to fill instead of just looking at a bunch of empty spaces. • You said it was now possible to pick Monday as starting week day, but still don’t know how to do that, again, not intuitive

Found it really hard to actually remove the background like the app says it does.

I have been using StyleBook on an almost daily basis for over a decade and I strongly recommend it. It helped me create a more intentional and sustainable wardrobe as my style and fashion needs evolve. This has saved me lots of money over the years. I use the calendar function to prevent me from wearing the same outfit when I see the same group of people or person. This is especially helpful during a job search or when networking. I also plan my outfits in advance which saves me time in the morning. And I keep track of which items to sell or that are on consignment. By using the stats to see which items get the most wears, I have learned that accessories, shoes, and pants get the most wears so I spend more on them and less on tops. I have a pair of gold hoop earrings worn 1,500 times since I started using StyleBook.

Please add option to merge packing lists and to move items from one packing list to another. Prior review: Can’t add items from internet. Not good. Otherwise good app.

Nowhere to cancel in the app

Love love this app! As someone obsessed with efficiency and improvement, this app saves me so much time on a daily basis. I can easily plan my month of clothes, assess how much I am spending versus how often I wear, create different looks to increase the versatility of my clothes, tag, sort, and purge clothes to give away, pre-pack for my trips from any where in the world, and so much more. There are a few improvements that could be made to simplify searching such as intelligence capabilities but this is not a deal breaker. For $5 you get so much and I have been a faithful user of this app since 2018 never having to pay any subscriptions. Transferring my photos and categorization data from phone to phone has been such a breeze. I do wish I could transfer my calendar history but no biggie deal. I have recommended this app to so many people and they love it as well. If you are on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it.

Needs dark mode

Very easy and convenient to upload your entire wardrobe but super frustrating to "cut" your pictures. It's quite hard to seperate the clothes from the background. It doesn't help that the eraser doesn't go in a smooth line, you can literally see the circles that the eraser leaves behind when trying to edit your clothes pictures for your look book. Otherwise, great app!
