I like the site, store and their products. But have issues with checking out recently 10/10/2025. I’ve had success ordering and checking out but not sure what’s wrong with the latest update. I can’t check out. The keyboard doesn’t come up when I have to enter my address. I went to ask question on the chat box and same issue. I can’t find help. Is there an email address I can ask?

On top of the $40 for the extra fees we paid for the tariffs UPS will charge you $65 on top and their customer service is horrible since it's been a month they said the inquiry is closed... not worth it anymore....

I ordered for more than one month and I didn’t receive my order yet, and there’s nothing new, they are also not helpful.

Ordered 3 items for $177, items were supposed to be shipped within 72hrs but this didn’t happen until after a week and after contacting them. To my surprise, they divided the order into 2 shipments, was only given 1 tracking number on their app and per country policy i have to pay for imported goods for each shipment so now i have to pay double vat which is around $65 extra. Customer service didn’t sound apologetic  and very cold like robots answering your questions. I would really avoid

I've used stylekorean for a long time, I like the prices and everything, but since they changed their delivery methods, I don't like it. DHL delivers super fast and very well, and now with UPS they ask me for a lot of things, social number and so on. Please go back to how it was before.

I’ve bought from StyleKorean for the last 10 years with no issues in shipping or bad product. However this app constantly logs you out and the lag is terrible. You can click on the banners maybe 20% of the time or else it just tries to highlight the text element so you can copy it to your clipboard. Just use the website instead of the app.

I ordered products worth 200$ and placed the order early so that I can receive it on time before my vacation. After 3-4 days I pinged them through their Q/A chat portal and just made an inquiry regarding the delivery date and they just cancelled my order, without even confirming with me!
So, now Im stuck thinking which korean website to order from as they all take time to deliver! Totally unacceptable! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Constantly being logged out, and having to keep logging back in again is the most annoying thing i have ever witnessed on any app. Not to mention, the lag when clicking/loading on things is pretty ridiculous. This app needs to be updated. Badly. I love the prices & convenience of shopping for k-beauty here, but this is nearly a deal breaker for me. Every single review has said pretty much the same thing, so you know it’s a major issue across the boards. Please listen to your customers and fix this with an update. Thanks!!

I honestly have had nothing but a good experience from this app, everything is well-laid out, and well-priced. I’m sure it’s been updated quite a bit over the years, but now it’s one of my favorite app to get k-beauty makeup and skincare. Definitely recommend using it on a phone, not so much another device such as a tablet. The shipping from them is excellent, packing and shipping time are just stellar.
