## Sub Sessions Description
Sub Sessions - Your Jiu Jitsu Journey, Tracked.

Sub Sessions is a Jiu Jitsu based training journal and social media platform built for those who train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Made by a practitioner, for practitioners.

Check in at your gym, or other gyms. Log your training sessions. Write about them and refer to them when you forgot what you learned last Monday. Follow your teammates, share your posts if one of you doesn't make it to the gym that night. Earn achievements in a system that rewards the grind.

What you can do:
- Check in at your home gym or anywhere you roll. Location-verified, so your training is the real deal.
- Keep a private journal of every session — what you worked, who you trained with, what clicked and what didn't.
- Attach pictures, videos, or audio to any journal entry.
- Follow your teammates and see who's on the mats. Share wins, drop hype in the comments, stay connected between classes.
- Build streaks that mean something. Every Monday counts. Every Friday after work counts. Every comeback counts.
- Unlock achievements as you train. From your first check-in to your 500th, from dawn patrol classes to consecutive days trained — 30+ badges recognizing the grind, not the flash.
- Revisit your training history on the calendar. See your week, your month, your year. Watch yourself get better.

Free Features:
- Unlimited check-ins and journal entries
- Full social feed and messaging
- 90 days of training history
- All achievements unlockable

Sub Sessions Premium:
For those who want the full picture-
- Unlimited training history
- Unlimited photo, video and audio journaling
- 14-day free trial, then $4.99/month or $34.99/year

No algorithm flooding your feed. No AI slop. Just a streamlined, focused tool for people who take their training seriously — whether you're a fresh white belt or a ten-year black belt.

Get some.
