It continues to only do a half print I am disappointed really need this app and have the premium service hope it fixed soon or I will cancel subscription update still having problems be nice to have a little help Edit I did ask for support in the app but no response

I have enjoyed the app very much for tumblers and some other designs . The presets work great for the limited sized products. But when trying to customize the size to a 30oz tumbler or some other products it will NOT work. The size keeps readjusting to a different size. I pay for the premium subscription and it would be nice to be able to use this on other sizes.

Doesnt print to my Epson et 2400. I paid for the subscription and it cant find my printer. Waste of money.

I would like to know why can’t I print from this app I have a Epson ET2400 printer and I can’t get this app to print is there a trick I do t know about ?

I really do not know if this is a scam or not but do not download. You have to pay before you can make a print. A bit sketchy to me. We do not know if it will work till after you pay🤔🤔🤔

the website will not let me send a message. I cannot seem to test app before I buy to make sure it can upload my files as it will not.

I bought this app a week ago. It doesn’t print right. The 20 tumbler option is not long enough. Of course I paid for a year. Not worth the time and money and water material.

No matter what I try to do after I make the design and click print, it refuses to print on my Epson printer! Complete waste of money!

Really good app for printing with no issue if you have already the exact size in your design because if you don’t you have to fix your size, they have most of all sizes but still missing glass cup size, kids size bottles, also is pricy but is ok to print right away.
