I’m facing the worst experience with them! At first it’s very smooth and everything is easy and they deliver the car to you. Once you end your contract the other face shows and for a month now they are still charging my card with nonsense fees! They picked up the car 5 days later after my date of contract and they charged me for them!!! I asked for a refund and after one month now they charged me again instead!

Got rent a car in march 2023, just some clicks and attached documents required. Fast approvals on document and collected the car with in no time of application. Best thing is their customer service, very supportive and accommodating and Mr Marvin from their is very good and active candidate. Really appreciate his efforts and support. Will give 5/5 stars for his customer service. This company is way better than others and strongly recommend subscribe ME for renting a car. I wish them all the success and fast growth in this market.
I was amazed to understand this app belongs to AWRostamani group. Their service was extremely good. Car was deliverd on time, had better features in the car compared to my old company Dhanraj was Sales person, I recommend him to all my friends, he supports well but understanding our requirements
Their Advertising message is different from what the app delivers. Not friendly user and their services is not the best in Dubai, you can get better services from a different application.
Recently came across a brand new car subscription service called Subscribe Me and they had a good selection of cars. They had a very supportive customer service team who helped me throughout the process of booking a car. Would highly recommend.
Excellent Car Rental application! I recently tried out this car subscription application and was blown away by how convenient and flexible it is. I've been hesitant to commit to owning a car, but sometimes I need to drive for work or errands. With this app, I can easily select a car that fits my needs.
I have checked the application and amazed to see the best rates, I’m planning to subscribe with them so I will save money.. from bigger group and has better rates
