## Subscription Manager Reviews in United States

### ***** "This has everything!"
I tested a number of subscription trackers out. This was a flat fee app (pay once, own it forever) and most importantly, it tracks so much more detail that all the others! I was able to track my start dates, my email address associated with this account, which credit card I’m using, what site to cancel/manage the subscription, and more! Even includes notes, billing history, and the ability to track price changes. This is by far the best app I’ve found for managing my own subscriptions!

If I were to ask for any changes it would be the ability to change the “look” of it. Also, email is in the notes section, it would be nice to have a dedicated field for that.
-- cmpos75, 2026-09-11

### **--- "Flagship features don’t work correctly"
The app is well designed and the ability to see all synthesized information about your subscriptions is really useful. Unfortunately, the import features, whether from a photo or from file manager, simply don’t work for me no matter how many times I try to make them work. I paid $25 to be able to have lifetime access to these convenience features and with the selling point of the app for me not working, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. If these features worked I would give it a full 5 stars no question, but having to manually set everything up is a hassle I deliberately paid to avoid and can’t even take advantage of. Would love a refund or for a way to get this taken care of.
-- JT Roy, 2026-09-02

### **--- "I guess I misunderstood?"
I thought if this app was finding all of my subscriptions that it would give me some sort of info on them. The app has found apps that I had no idea I was paying for (& lots of them!), so it did its job. I just need to cancel them but can’t find info. I expected help 😩
-- Momma’s broke, 2026-08-09

### ***** "Great App, but have some feedback"
Add back the option to just enter the sub details. Replacing it with a text box isn’t making it faster, I tried adding a sub today and it couldn’t find it. Please consider fixing this it’s not really good UI.
-- PHA9696, 2026-08-06

### **--- "It has potential but isn’t complete…"
This application is no where near complete - too many manual tasks that could all be easily automated on the dev side. I immediately regretted paying for it.
-- BC2448, 2026-07-16

### ***** "Amazing App! but Please Update"
Update 6/19/26 - i love your app but please update to fix bug where the whole app crashes/freezes when trying to scroll down list of subscriptions 🙏🙏🙏
It’s making the app completely unusable for me!!

This app is shockingly awesome! I love it soooo much it has already saved me money and I’ve only had it for about a month. The UI is gorgeous and ergonomic, not cluttered with any unnecessary links or ads. To potential users who might be unsure, JUST GET IT, DOWNLOAD IT NOW. You need this app even if you don’t think you do.

Thank you Devs for bringing your ideas to life. However, I believe this masterpiece is badly in need of an update. Dashboard keeps freezing when I try to scroll back to the top, which never happened before. I have to force-close it and reopen in order to get the page working again…please fix!

### ***** "Nice one"
After searching and testing too many apps it seems most suitable

Edit: Thanks for response, cant wait new updates.
I have personal suggestions:
1. When pressing on orbit when icons dissapear its kinda anoyng, i always want to see icosn, at least to have toggle for this in settings.
2. Also header bg is overlayed on orbit top part, nice to see orbit fully.

Loved the UI/UX, perfect app, I enjoy every minute spend in it.

Thanks.

### ***** "Really impressed with this app!!!"
I’ve been trying to find an app like this for a long time. A lot of apps I’ve found don’t usually look good or function well, so this one stood out right away.

I’m usually a little hesitant with newer or lesser-known apps, but this app made a really strong first impression. It feels well made, easy to use, and genuinely solid so far.

I really hope this app grows in popularity, because it deserves more attention and I’d love to see how it continues to improve.

One feature I’d love to see added is Family Sharing, so families can share subscription tracking and everyone knows what charges or renewals are coming up.
-- cscocchera, 2026-03-26

### ***** "Wonderful UI"
Great app with a very intuitive interface. Not sure if Apple lets them, but would be ideal just to pull the subscriptions from inside the iCloud account. But easily done through a photo though … best tracker yet. Would love to see an iPad version (more real estate).
-- AZ_Ferrari_Fan, 2025-12-20

### ***** "Cool but expensive"
It’s nice, good way to track subscriptions. But $25? I just want to enter and track my own subscriptions. I’m a customer at $5 but $25? Absolutely no way. If you don’t plan on paying the $25, then don’t bother even downloading as you are hard locked after 3 entries which is pointless to anyone actually wanting to track all their subscriptions. Sucks because I would have happily payed $5. $25 is insane.
-- Coquito18, 2025-12-08

### ***** "LOVE THIS APP!!!"
This app has made managing my finances and bills so much easier!! I highly suggest jumping in and getting Plus if you can, even if you’re just testing. At least it’s not a $50/month subscription like so many apps these days. Also, if you find yourself enjoying the app but wishing there were certain features, I highly suggest joining the Discord! Josh, who is the creator of the app, is super responsive to new ideas!
-- KoiHast, 2025-12-08

### ***** "Beyond useful"
Beautifully designed and incredibly easy to use to track your expenses across multiple categories. Highly recommend to those who want to track their monthly our yearly expenses.

### ****- "Excellent tracker"
Would love to see more analysis about the categories of spending.
-- Emad Alghamdi, 2025-06-05

### ****- "Looks Great…One Issue"
Got all my subscriptions tracked. Bit of a shocker to see the annual cost.

One small complaint. In setting up my subscriptions, if I could not remember the specifics before I saved it, when I moved my subscription info to the front, what I started was wiped out. Unexpected behavior

The work around was to save an app name, go get the specifics, then edit it. Tad clunky.

But once it's done, it's done
-- EdPilot, 2025-04-22

### ***** "THIS IS GENIUS"
THANK YOU GUYS FOR CREATING THIS APP I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT I LIVE ON THE SAME PLANET WITH SUCH GENIUS PEOPLE
-- Liannnnnn___, 2025-04-17

### ****- "Great Presentation!"
Orbit has a clever way to present your subscriptions. Overall the app looks and feels great. One possible improvement: I’d love to be able to filter the view by category.
-- glucas__, 2025-01-28

### ***** "Awesome App, easy way to track subscriptions"
This app is great! Does exactly as it says, tracks your subscriptions. The thing that sets it apart from other trackers is the ability to see your subscriptions in a more cohesive manner whether it’s with the astrological view or in the yearly expense. Excited to see how this app can only get better!
-- Lucas18S, 2025-01-25

### ***** "Awesome! 🤩"
The user experience is top-notch. I appreciate the attention to detail that was taken from Josh. My favorite feature is the billing history.
-- josealvarezn, 2025-01-18

### ***** "Best App ever made"
I needed this app all my life, it just keep me orginized
