Mir war es auch nach vielen Versuchen nicht möglich einen bezahlten Subscribe abzuschließen. Immer wieder Fehlermeldungen oder es passiert gar nichts. Erst als ich dann alle Schutzmaßnahmen deaktiviert habe wollte Substack ein kostenpflichtiges Abo akzeptieren. Dasselbe Problem bei einem Login mit Passwort. Etliche Versuche dafür notwendig. 
Ist mir so schon seit Jahren nicht mehr passiert mit den Captchas. Erinnert mich an die Anfänge der Captchazeit. 

Ansonsten ist der Verification Code der genutzt wird natürlich auch nicht nutzbar aber das wissen sie selber und schicken zumindest noch einen Link mit. 

Ich möchte nicht wissen wie viele schon vorher aufgegeben haben und eben kein Abo abgeschlossen haben. 

Die App an sich ist ansonsten Okay.

Signed up for a writer's email list and even to unlock the free articles you need the app. Fine. Then they need to verify my phone number. Fine. But oops! The button for "send code" to verify number doesn't work. Oops. Tried on laptop but oops! only leads to the app, no Substack on laptops apparently. Well, I tried. Guess I won't be using Substack.

Wollte ein Abo bei einem Autor kündigen. Das geht nur über deren Website. Im Browser wurde angezeigt, dass das Abo gekündigt wurde. Jetzt, einen knappen Monat später hat Substack wieder Geld bei mir abgebucht. Habe dann gesehen, dass das Abo immer noch besteht. Habe es wieder gekündigt und es bestand danach immer noch. Habe einen zweiten Weg gefunden es zu kündigen. Im Browser steht nun, dass gekündigt wurde. Im iOS App hingegen steht immer noch, dass das Abo besteht. Es gibt keine richtigen Support. Werde das über die Bank blockieren müssen.
