Doctor I read your Substack every day. I haven’t subscribed yet but I will later today. A friend has just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Yesterday she got the bad news it is in her liver also. She is 56 years old non smoker social drink only. Very busy business lady. So sad. I think the oncology team already started her on treatment. I am hoping she will take Ivermectin and mebendazole. 
IV vitamin C. 
What dose should she take.  ?
