If there is incorrect info added by a suburban staff member, there is no way to update or delete the same. 
There are profiles on my number which do not belong to me, there are email ids which belong to someone at suburban, yet I cannot delete or update those.

Also checked with the center, they too do not have the authority to make changes.
Poorly designed software.
