if you try to place an order, itll just say your payment method failed, either wrong card number or PIN (which is false) or just a straight up “try again” error that never ends 

They know that their app doesn’t work but they don’t care, the app hasnt worked for 3 years. They’ll release a new update that changes nothing and fixes nothing. dont waste your time with this app, just eat somewhere else.

Have been using the app since years. I placed the order via app, got charged on my card and the order didn’t go through.

Subway is so cheapass that they don’t even have a phone number to contact on!! Worst of the fast food chains!

Please add a way to review orders/ stores on the app. I would like to see a stores rating before ordering. There’s been too many times when I’ve ordered from a store and when I get home after picking it up my order is somehow wrong, wrong bread, missing ingredients I payed extra for or maybe the order was just made badly. There is no review system in app or anything I can do except contact the store? What am i supposed do after already getting home? I just find it very frustrating the amount of times I’ve ordered on the app just for the order to be wrong or handled with little care and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Having many problems with the app. Sometimes orders just do not go through. Other times you cannot select certain sized sandwiches (only 6” but no footlong available) with a bogo buy 1 get 1 free. Was standing in person at the subway and was told by employee that they had not run out of ingredients as the app said. Am currently communicating with the help contact for subway but no solution. Not a happy customer
